The WMS system
supports Intelligent RF devices to receive, put
away, storage, and ship your cargo. These intelligent
devices are small hand held computers that warehouse
personnel use to manage your cargo. Each device
is linked in real-time to the databases of information
which allows instant access to information.
The inventory management starts in the RF receiving.
Since every warehouse task is tracked in real-time,
the put away process is assigned zones, or bin locations
immediately on receiving. Storage locations are
immediately available to the entire system. Inventory
replenishment tasks are provided based on shipments
and order fulfillments. This information is provided
for your decision making in keeping inventory levels
to meet your customer demands.
Order processing allows for consolidation, sequencing,
and prioritizing. Our picking systems allows for
RF interaction. Includes paper trail and labeling
printing. You can assign staging locations, manage
the order
queue. Lot tracking and serial number control is
also provided. The shipping process is validated
by the RF real-time interaction. This allows verification
of the picking accuracy and creates manifest of
orders
being shipped.
