Resort Development Projects for Westin Resorts, Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Resorts, Fiesta Americana (Mexico), & Riu Hotels, etc. called upon WTDC to inventory the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment), power generation equipment and other long term infrastructure items, reverse osmosis plants and other equipment required for Island or Remote locations.

Our Headquarters facility in Miami, with over 11,500 pallet position capacity and the ability to handle more than 1,000 containers of freight, is the perfect place to marshal those items destined for eventual delivery to the development. With our state of the art inventory control system, the hotel developer can actually order materials in a JIT (Just in Time) manner, avoiding the need for expensive, disorganized, or insecure storage facilities onsite.

For one of our latest projects, The Westin St. John, we coordinated with the Purchasing Company in the United States, the 3PL company bringing in goods from abroad (We stored them in bond), and the various manufacturers of the FF&E to deliver a timely and trouble free supply chain. We understand the order goods must arrive to jobsites and can coordinate to provide up to the minute information 24 hours per day. References upon request.
