Miami-Dade County names new PortMiami Director
On June 23, Jonathan Daniels was announced as the new Director and CEO of PortMiami by Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava. Daniels was most recently the Executive Director of the Maryland Port Administration and the Port of Baltimore, overseeing the port’s recovery after the Francis Scott Key Bridge in 2024. Prior to that post, Daniels was CEO and Port Director of Port Everglades, Florida.

The recent earthquakes in Venezuela have deeply touched all of us at WTDC. As a company built on international trade and lasting relationships throughout Latin America, Venezuela has always held a special place in our hearts.
Many members of the WTDC family proudly call Venezuela home. They, along with many of our customers, partners, and friends, have loved ones living in Caracas and other affected communities. We know that news like this brings uncertainty and concern, even from thousands of miles away.
We pray for the safety of those affected, for strength for the communities responding to this tragedy, and for a swift recovery for all.
